      Pros

      Freedom to work. No micro managers. Incredibly smart people at all levels. Great product.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is distance in terms of comms and celebration when it comes to teams outside of NYC. But it's a small hit to take given the pros.

      Fantastic people who truly care about you as a person and employee, really exciting product and software development currently happening and on the horizon, fun and inviting office space with lunch stipend on Tu/Th, very supportive C-Suite team that has been an absolute joy to support the last few years.

      Cons

      Would love to have had more all company events / in-person gatherings to get remote folks together more often!
