Pros
Vidscale is a fast pace startup like environment with a talented engineering team, and the proper backing of a large company (Ericsson) to make inroads in a market (Edge Compute) that has huge potential. Despite being fast paced, coming from a much larger company I find it much easier to find a work balance that allows me spend quality time with family and friends outside of work.
Cons
Like many startups we react to field issues, and customer needs on a regular basis which may change engineering direction frequently. But, we do follow Agile and try and contain these directional changes to subsequent sprints.
