Small development team, at the time only consisted of 3 people.
- 4 month internship was extended
- Work is very relaxed, little to no targets and no pressure
- Free lunch on Fridays, office in town, nice colleagues, interesting projects

Salary is poor for full time, especially in Dublin, no Christmas bonus offered in the second year either
