Pros
Great office environment and the people I worked with were friendly. Very fair commission plan, it tiered up based on your sales and had no cap, that was nice. The training was good, a little old school some felt, but I was a new sales person and learned a lot. I really liked the fact that they offered flex time. That was helpful getting to doctors appointments or other weekly plans.
Cons
My biggest complaint was no medical insurance.
