Catering to the owner
Constant jokes by owner that she keeps an attractive assistant around to get men and be cooler (not only to employee’s face but also during friday staff lunch)
Hostile work environment
Overworked with little pay. On the books you get time off but if you actually use them you get guilted, threatened. Several employees quit due to legit family emergencies, funerals, sick leave that owner harassed employees about taking time off
Low pay
Knock off videos and jokes that your distributing terrible stuff, which is bad for morale
Low company morale in general and high turn over
Snarky comments about personal life from owner
Staying again, insane turn over, even by Hollywood standards. And you soon find out the company is the butt of jokes at conventions.
