Autonomous work environment Freedom to express creativity in leadership styles Great pay Room for growth Excellent upper management You’ll actually meet your ceo at some point Great training process Fantastic team High levels of development from direct higher up

Cons

You get out what you put into it (not necessarily a bad thing) but sometimes reaching high goals can be challenging while missing them is discouraging. But i guess that’s what makes you get up and try again!

New Mgmt team as of last August is creating a more patient and employee focused culture.

Cons

You do have to work Saturday's to be a part of this team.

Pros

Company culture has evolved into a patient centric and people first culture. The company will continue to thrive as long as they keep listening. Exciting! Competitive pay, rewarding environment. I go home knowing I’m making a difference and it feels good.

Cons

Lots of change can be hard to manage but change is good right? Review process could be better and more objective with clear results to be used for comparison. Old review process was better.
