Ownership is very focused on the well being of their employees first and corporate growth a very close 2nd. They are very focused on building modern, state-of-the-art multifamily buildings that are well staffed, well made and efficiently run. They pride themselves on completing their projects under-budget and ahead of schedule. Everyone's opinion is not only welcome, but respected and invited.
Cons
I know it may sound hard to believe, but I really can't think of one con. OK, maybe one, allow the employees to participate in the 401K program sooner than 12 months.
Absolutely none that I can think of, except the fact that you get large amounts of time to take a breather, since there are a lot of hands on deck employed to do the same thing. But that can also be a con because the work is monotonous and the days will go by very slowly.
Cons
Beware that once your employment ends the company will vindictively for the run around on you in regards to getting you your final paycheck and you’ll have to file an official complaint before the amount owed then magically and conveniently appears in your account.
