At Visionect "open door" policy is taken to the next level, where the three founders are almost part of the team and anyone can come for feedback or help anytime. Everyone is welcome to give input and provide ideas. It´s also the ideal place to work for anyone who wants to think and work globally, but not move from Slovenia. So you get all the benefits of working in an international team without ever having to cross the border. There are a lot of very smart people at Visionect so you´ll definitely learn a lot, not only in your field of work. Dog friendly offices with some of the chillest dogs possible. Even-though I am not a dog lover myself this was proven to be a big plus - especially on stressful days. Lots of team building events (picnic, parties, sport, sailing, ...) Large office spaces with their own gym. Lots of space to do work in a quiet space if you need time to focus.

Working these last two years with Visionect was my best professional experience so far. Super teammates, great leaders, lots of talent and passion. With every year the company is growing and maturing while providing a great workspace environment - kind and loving office dogs included!
