Thanks. Our employees are what make us successful, and the more successful we are, the better we can pay them. If you like to see new places, and travel a bit around the state and other states, this is a great job to experience that as well.

Thanks for the great comments. Us "Geos" do like to be in the field! One thing our employees do get is exposure to most every type of environmental site you would work on in this industry. Private property transaction, DOD and DOE sites, State tank fund sites, etc.. You also get to see a site from initial site characterization through cleanup and closure. Besides all the H&S courses and requirements, training is mostly on the job due to the unique nature of what we do in our industry. We do our Direct Imaging team through a week long training on that topic. We are working on more structured procedures for onboarding in the drilling and remediation divisions to help streamline learning those new skills.
