Pros

At Visual Lease, we're encouraged to think outside the box and get creative. The company gives us the freedom to explore new ideas and ways of working. The leadership team keeps us informed about company goals, challenges, and decisions which helps foster a culture of trust and collaboration, The real highlight is the people at VL. The people here are talented and supportive no matter the level or department. Even working in a remote environment, we stay connected and continue to work together efficiently.

Cons

Being in the tech space, change is constant. VL is always adapting to stay ahead, which means things can feel a bit uncertain at times. We've undergone some restructuring efforts in the last year or so, but it's all about the bigger picture. Visual Lease is making strategic moves to ensure we're set up for success in the long run.

Pros

The people - within each department, you'll find smart, hard-working people who want to help each other succeed. The experience - VL is a fast-growing SaaS company. There's no shortage of opportunities to raise your hand, offer creative ideas and contribute to the team's success. The flexibility - the company offers a fully-remote work environment, but also does a great job communicating with employees and keeping them connected, regardless of physical location. It's the best of both worlds!

Cons

Because VL is a fast-growing SaaS company, we're in a constant state of evolution. For some, the pace of change may be overwhelming, but for others, it's seen as a unique opportunity to help build and accomplish amazing things.

Pros

-The company is coming off of a strong Q1, momentum is building -VL has hired a lot of really smart and motivated new leadership team members across Product, Marketing and Sales -- and they are making an impact -The culture is really incredible; the people who work here care about the people behind the results as much as the results -VL provides a lot of different outlets for employee recognition and feedback -Being remote-first works well for many team members, especially working parents in dual income households -Benefits are very solid for a company of this size and the business continues to make enhancements -Ample opportunities for internal and external training -Employee Resource Groups for Diversity, Women in Tech and Parents & Caregivers

Cons

-High growth companies require a lot of adaptability -- the pace of change around here is swift. While some people thrive under these conditions, it definitely isn't a fit for everyone. -Company could do a better job cascading communications regarding leadership changes and other people-related shifts. This can be a little clunky at times.
