Pros
A startup culture with stability, a great work life balance and exposure to many aspects of the business. A good place to learn from others and enhance your skills.
Cons
Company needs to have more internal processes and documentation as it expands. More team building exercises /events would be nice

Pros
The directors of the company invest in their people and are committed to their growth. Any Visual Risk employee is only limited by their own limitations. It is a great place to work with a strong collegiate atmosphere and a "can do" attitude. The commitment to client delivery is excellent and at Visual Risk you always feel as being part of something bigger. No one at Visual Risk is stagnant and one is always growing and being challenged and pushed to be something bigger and better.
Cons
If you do not like to grow and if you are satisfied with a 9-5 check box kind of job then this possibly is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for challenges that will help you grow then this definitely is the place to be.
