Pros

The highest concentration of the most talented people I've ever worked with. Pretty nimble environment where a lot of things get done with a small team. Great place if you want to have a lot of impact. Work life balance is pretty great... folks go home at reasonable times and no weekend work, except before really crucial deadlines, but that's rare. Work from home Thursdays provides a lot of flexibility, especially if you have a long commute. Working on some pretty cutting edge AI, so a great opportunity work on a really hot space among the best in the field. Downtown San Jose is a great place to work, lots of restaurants, which we go out to often for lunch... also get catered lunches on Wednesdays. Growing super fast and a great opportunity to have a lot of impact or grow your career quickly.

Cons

Commute is a bit long for me, but if you live in the South Bay, it's no problem.

Pros

Interesting field, global partners, and large footprint in the global market

Cons

This company is still incredibly sexist. They lack diversity at the management level. They only pay lip service to diversity issues.
