      - A strong and approachable senior management team - Focus on flexible working and employee wellbeing - Collaborative, hard-working, and always approachable staff globally

      - A lot of instability and team changes over the past year...however the new management structure is working hard to address and stabilize.

      Great audience reach Tech UY team doing agile.

      Cons

      It closed the UY headquarters and get acquired by Univision, so probably thing changed a lot, not neccesary to be a Cons.
