Voiceflow's brand is incredible in the market. There's so much talent across every function and the team is always willing to lend themselves to helping each other. The product has immense potential and the customers are incredible partners to work with.
Cons
Everyone works really hard because they care and it's easy to burnout. It would have been great if there were more policies and support to help the team have worklife balance and ample time to recuperate after tough sprints.

The space itself is interesting and evolving very fast with LLMs and AI. There is a lot of opportunity here, it comes down to capturing it. I'm particularly optimistic about the community aspect and increasing third party contribution to the platform.
Cons
Work can be intense at times and servicing global clients across almost all continents can be potentially demanding. It does depend on role and responsibility.
Building a platform also means making hard tradeoffs between doing short term projects and investing in the long term.
