Pros

-positive work atmosphere -flexible work space/hours as long as your work is done and total hours are put in for the week -benefits are always improving -best job for working parent -opportunities for growth within your role and beyond -helpful coworkers -growing company, job security for high performing employees -leadership/executives that care about their employees -travel and education opportunities provided by company overall, the best work environment I have ever been a part of. no drama. team leads want you to be successful and will help you get where you want to be. ceo makes it a point to connect with each employee even as the company grows. truly feels like a family.

Cons

-if you're afraid of hard work, this is not the environment for you -remote work can be isolating -must be self-motivated to be successful -have to be adaptable to change as company grows and technology advances (especially with AI)

Pros

- Great product market fit - continuously developing new products - Company culture is a positive - Fast sales cycles, competitive in market with few true competitors - Some travel - Most resources available to you to succeed

Cons

- Like any startup, have some growing pains with GTM strategy for new products - No equity available unless you're senior leadership - Benefits aren't impressive - Marketing/Sales/Dev/CS aren't all aligned or communicate super well although this is improving and they've taken steps to focus on this

Pros

- Company leadership seems knowledgeable about the industry, the technology used and common problems faced for prospects/customers. - If you're lucky enough to be family, or married into the family, job security is solid. - Decent product offering and potential market opportunity - Self funded org with 401k match for employees - Remote work within automotive industry

Cons

- As another review mentioned, the sales team was aggressively tripled without structured training (much of it repetitive), feedback or direction for pursuit. Some sales reps called into your assigned territory creating duplicate outreach so that they could have high outreach activity goals met - Those new hires were abruptly terminated without warning or feedback to improve. No performance reviews, no discussions, just suddenly a meeting put in your calendar followed by termination and final month of "severance". - Sales leadership saw the writing on the wall and left the org - Most tenured employees are family members/in-laws of ownership making the company culture feel a bit odd - Leadership claimed to be supportive of the sales team but failed to provide guidance, constructive criticism or any structured employee development - Terminations are handled with zero severance and no real explanation. Just a "Thanks, but we're moving on" type approach.
