Thanks so much for the comments, we really appreciate it. Just to clarify, Volition has not had several layoffs, massive or otherwise. If you haven’t seen the news, we recently became part of the Gearbox Entertainment family of studios, and we’re continuing to grow in order to support development on multiple simultaneous projects.
The size of the worlds we create in our games does require outsourcing and/or co-development (the same as it does for any other AAA game studio), but that hasn't stopped Volition from continuing to hire and add jobs here in the United States. Volition has been making games for 25 years and we're very excited to continue growing and making amazing, groundbreaking games far into the future. I hope this information helps.
