It can be a pretty performance based job which I personally enjoy. (Great if you come from a sports background or something). Has a great environment and the job is fairly simple to do. Very diverse office too.

Coming from a very typical corporate HR background, this position was an immediate change of pace for the better. Not only have I been able to be a mentee for almost all aspects of running a business, but I have also been able to be well rewarded for the work that I put into my career. Within my first year alone I have been able to travel, obtain both monetary and physical bonuses, and get national and local recognition for my performance. Within my first year I have also been able to rise through multiple promotions with more on the way as I continue to develop my skills and professionalism. I quickly made the decision that I would like to continue my growth here as long as possible and preferably until I retire.
