Pros

I've been agency-side my whole career, and I dreamed of building a place where smart marketers could work with other smart marketers to do great things together. That's what we have here. Work-life balance, career growth & interesting projects for wonderful clients. I'm also all fired up about the age of AI and what that could mean for our agency and our clients!

Cons

We're a small, growing agency, so there are always cons that go along with that.

Pros

Truly a great company to work for. It is a hard working but supportive team.

Cons

Expectations can be vague at first, but supervisors are happy to clarify, and over time, you begin to create your own niche.
