      Great team and great mission Early stage company that retains it's startup character Fully remote, distributed team Lots of opportunity to innovate and expand product offerings Modern, cloud-based technology stack and system deployment environment Competitive compensation, including stock options Huge market opportunity!

      Fully remote, distributed team (a con for people who question this way of organizing) Fair number of competitors in the space

      Pros

      - Personal time for focus work respected and encouraged (no meeting Tuesdays) - Highly collaborative environment, never feels like you're on your own when pushing something across the finish line - Always encouraged to make use of available resources to produce quality work even if they have associated costs - Management has made massive strides to create a positive and inclusive environments, I have only seen positive vibes since joining the company

      - Recent changes in company leadership make it difficult to assess workplace quality from the outside in
