      Pros

      I’m pleased with the quality of benefits here. Vyrian is good for insurance. Coverage is with Aetna and the company covers vision and dental premiums 100%. Also good parental leave benefits. Insurance is good and pay is top tier.

      Pros

      Vyrian is huge when you look at it remotely. Global sales force and a very strong industry reputation. But the company has small-town values, which I can appreciate.

      Cons

      I am older (hate to date myself) so I prefer face to face. Most of my coworkers are still remote due to COVID.

      The company believes in hard work but it also is very flexible for employees to work here. Very good pay and benefits. Company has longterm relationships with suppliers and a good reputation overall.
