      Pros

      W4 provided me with a competative compensation as well as an invaluable education and insight into what was current in the ever-changing world of Affiliate Marketing. They provide the resources to make you successful, so it's up to you to take ownership and responsibility with those resources and make it happen.

      Cons

      Can be a little fast paced at times (is that a con?) so you need to stay very focused and organized.

      - Great health insurance - Room for growth - Fun office environment with friendly employees - Casual dress code - Fun Santa Monica location and open bright office - Good work is recognized and rewarded - Great 401k plan

      Cons

      - Lack of structure in processes and training (not a con for everyone) - Strict office hours (but no one is asked or expected to put in overtime)
