      The Company offers a great start in ones carreer Team spirit is very nice Knowledge sharing done properly by Management Team Leaders always supporting the team

      Sometimes targets can be a bit high Some team members which have no experience have a bad influence but in the end they leave so this is only temporary affecting the "air in the room"
