      This station is the cream of the crop for small market TV news. You have a lot of resources at your disposal from state of the art cameras, a helicopter, drones and a very nice studio, to the high ratings and position in the community.

      Cons

      Not always a lot of room for growth, as the main anchors, meteorologists and managers have been there for years.
