      Pros

      Great team to work with. This is the second startup I've worked with and so far, I think the communication has been great. There's a lot of work, which is good and a lot of room to grow.

      Cons

      Takes a little more time to learn and understand the work since the company is smaller.

      Pros

      Good smart People, Dog Friendly, fun, interesting, and challenging projects. Small company - what you do has big impacts.

      Cons

      Management could communicate more. Small company which can require a lot out of someone, and require one to wear many hats.

      Dream job still a dream years later

      Pros

      Very flexible workspace and employee friendly culture Management is very understanding of personal issues/time Remote work possibilities are very feasible The coolest projects and IPs to build and work on Having always wanted to work in VR and having been at Wevr long enough to see the company develop, I feel very proud to have been a part of its growth and very happy that it has kept the same welcoming culture, and future focused attitude about the landscape of XR entertainment. It's always exciting to see where things are headed next.

      Cons

      Communication can be better, but management is constantly taking conscious steps to improve this.
