Favoritism can tend to happen amongst Principals when it comes to attending out-of-work events. Depending on the Principal - They tend to not be aware of their budgets & can tend to go waaaay over their budget & there is no sort of accountability for it, which can really affect the company. The Job Captains are waaay underpaid. On other hand, The Architects & VPs of the company are getting paid a hefty salary. Definitely negotiate your salary when offered a job...
