      Freedom to solve problems how you see fit with the tools you need Opportunities to learn new technologies if you are interested Relaxed atmosphere where hard work is appreciated Groundbreaking work means challenges are often new and interesting

      Cons

      Startup feel where everyone wears many hats. Can be daunting if not used to learning quickly and independently.

      Pros

      Great place to work when wanting progression as you are encouraged to learn and teach as much as possible. Fun, strong and close culture. Always snacks on hand.

      Cons

      Currently, no disadvantages however it can be a very fast paced environment and you are encouraged to take ownership of your areas, this might be a challenging environment for someone wanting rigid structure.
