Pros
Because the television station is under-staffed employees have lots of opportunities to teach themselves many different skills. Good health care benefits.
Cons
Company offers very little training and is not interested in investing in the product to make it competitive. Management also prefers to turn a blind eye to its own failures and instead blames its weak performance on its hard-working and talented, but overworked, employees.
