Pros

The working environment is beautiful, and the co-workers are very nice. The company is located near the Ocean, which is very calm and peaceful. Furthermore, museums, galleries and theatre are very close to the office building, and you can visit the exhibition for free anytime you want if you are a full-time staff. The people on the team are very nice, as they are always willing to help and supportive.

Cons

It is very difficult to transfer to full-time staff when you enter the company as a part-time employee.
