      Its in a decent location and is great for starting.

      Cons

      No much room for growth, that includes pay. Work environment can be weird.

      Pros

      Good place to start. Good place to pick up valuable skills. Decent vacation time after working there for a year.

      Cons

      No real pay incentives. No real promotional structure. After 1 year your skills stagnate. WFH job but unless you have special privileges you have to go into the office every day anyway. Any plans to actually WFH never pan out.
