      Pros

      Flexible hours, and vacation time are quite wonderful here. Great Benefits and coverage. Easy location/commute with lots of free parking. Fantastic management, who are very down to earth and supportive. Lots of learning opportunities, and with that, room to advance. Opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      We are in need of more social aspect, as we work so hard on all the incoming projects.

      Pros

      Wmode has been great in allowing me to take on opportunities and expand my experience in my field. The workplace is never dead and the amount of work and the variety of work is a huge benefit for me as I am always busy and never bored. Other pluses are a great staff, exciting cutting edge projects, and a great location near Brentwood LRT and away from downtown core traffic.

      Cons

      The health benefits are pretty standard, it would be great to have even more to spend towards health and wellness.
