      Amazing workplace & culture with loads of advancement opportunities

      Pros

      - WPD is a continually expanding company so new positions and opportunities open up frequently - Excellent pay/benefits - Great office environment, company provided lunch monthly

      Cons

      For property managers specifically the work/ off time line can sometimes be blurred when residents are reaching out for things after regular business hours. My advice would be to set boundaries, not overwork yourself and respond to emergencies as needed

      Pros

      WPD is a mid sized company which makes it a great place for people like me that are an up and coming property manager. They have time to teach you what you need to know and you have access to all different levels within the company.

      Cons

      Area of some of the properties can be concerning at times but I have never had an incident that made me feel unsafe.
