      Pros

      Great company, young people, very open minded, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, helpful and sustaining with every employee. The schedule is flexible and the company is constantly evolving (their second game was just released) and they really are taking player suggestions into consideration, as reflected in the games.

      Cons

      Work is somewhat repetitive, but that's its nature;

      Pros

      WRKSHP is a company with an amazing vision. And there is amazing talent and willpower in the company to achieve that vision. Hours and PTO are flexible and up to the individual responsibility. Office has a beautiful view of the bay bridge.

      Cons

      WRKSHP is constantly breaking new grounds and creating innovative unique entertainment products. The nature of these projects demands an a unique amount of talent, self leadership, and grit. Constant failures, trail and error, and long hours are some of the things required to create breakthroughs in projects. It isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      I'd give them 4.5 stars actually since they still have some things that they can improve on but overall it's a pretty nice company to work for. Work/Life balance is great even if there are times when we have to work a little more than usual due to upcoming new features. All overtime is also compensated so employees do not get burnt out from working too much. The people are also really easy to work with and the executives are pretty much open to talk to when you're not sure what you're supposed to be doing.

      Cons

      They're a little bit lacking on the training side, so newbies can get overwhelmed at first on what to do.
