Pros
Small, highly-competent team with years of experience in both the event industry and software development. Unique, cutting edge software and hardware. Executives have enough technical experience to understand the challenges that their team faces and work with them to find excellent solutions.
Cons
The pandemic took a big hit on the event industry. Almost everyone on the team is a white male. Occasionally, work outside regular hours is required for urgent bug fixes on ongoing events, but this happens rarely enough to not be a huge issue.
