      Pros

      The People - the friendliest place I have worked, some seriously clever people work at WRc, it would be a great place for younger engineers to join, you’ll learn a lot! Hybrid working allows you to manage your work/life balance, all the senior management are also really friendly and approachable which is really refreshing! Lots of variation with project work, the company seems to have ambitions to widen its capability and deepen its already impressive knowledge base.

      Cons

      Office space is a bit tired in areas, but hybrid working balances it out. Other than that I can’t think of any other negatives as of yet.

      Great place to work with learning opportunities on a variety of interesting projects.

      Expectation to go above and beyond on a regular basis built into the job. High turn over of staff due to poor salaries.
