Pros

Great benefits including an HSA, yearly salary increases, and bonuses. Management was supportive and time off was easy to request. Decent hours with a good work life balance.

Cons

No major cons with the role itself. My departure was due to personal childcare constraints after my maternity leave rather than the position or company.
