      Pros

      I had the pleasure of talking directly to the CEO and upper management on several occasions. At no point did I believe they viewed me as just an employee. They genuinely cared about my coworkers and I.

      Cons

      Work is distributed around the shipyard, and maintaining a high level of cohesion is difficult.

      Pros

      The CEO of Wakelight is very nice and caring. The CFO works hard to further improve the company, the Project Manager is a great manager that hears your concerns, and helps you out the best way possible. There are good benefits as well.

      Cons

      There isn't much of a Wakelight community at the job site. The only Wakelight employees that I interact with is the PM and my team. I don't interact with many other Wakelight employees on a day to day basis.

      Terrific bosses and great pay!

      Cons

      Only con and it was not really a con was that the home office was about 20 minutes from where I actually worked. That was no issue though.
