Pros

Good support, team atmosphere. Use of new technologies. Great opportunities to work on cutting edge projects and unique builds.

Cons

Structure can lead to lack of clarity in who you report to as far as promotion discussions as projects change your executive. Can be expected to work long hours and may need to advocate for extra to compensate for that.

Pros

Walbridge feels like a family-driven, small company despite its size. Employees appreciate the supportive environment, growth opportunities, and organized, process-driven structure. The company provides innovative solutions to very complicated and technical projects while maintaining its rich 109-year history, culture, and desire to operate with excellence. Walbridge has an open-door policy all the way up to the CEO – titles aren’t important here. Instead, adding value and operating with loyalty and integrity is.

Cons

Walbridge demands team focus, precision, efficiency, and accountability. Those not aligned with these values may struggle.
