They provide coaching to guide you in authentic communication and all that it opens up for you. Walton truly wants you to be the best at home and then at work. They understand the two are a balance and believe if you work on yourself personally, then naturally your performance in the workplace will also benefit. Unlimited PTO, no it isn’t a trick! Every employee is trusted to manage how much time off they take, granted it requires a supervisor’s approval…I have never been told “no”. There is no “clock watching” as everyone at every level is trusted to manage their personal time off. Gracious owner, Gary Walton time and time again makes a point to show his employees they matter.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to pay this one forward. Walton’s employees and CEO are truly a reflection of the company’s core values and have cultivated a culture that is unmatched! The pros are unlimited because they are constantly seeking ways to improve, inspire, and uplift! And the best part is you get an opportunity to be apart of it!
