      Pros

      - Amazing team culture from top to bottom - Great place to grow professionally if you invest the effort. WARC/Ascential will open a lot of doors for you if you work hard, especially considering how fast the company is growing and teams are expanding. You have the freedom to shape your role and take charge of projects that you genuinely find interesting and that utilize your strengths, so your career path here really is in your hands. Promotions are based on merit, so you have to show that you are able/willing to take on a higher level of responsibility, you can’t just expect it based on tenure or a few big wins. - You’re working with the top companies in the world which is exciting, it broadens your horizons beyond marketing and exposes you to a lot of diverse industries. - Great environment for creative minds who want to continually innovate and improve - Lots of flexibility and good work/life balance - It’s really an incredible product that addresses a true pain point in the market. Their customers love it, there’s a team of really smart people behind it, and the company has a really bright future ahead

      Cons

      - Not a con, but success here requires actual interest in marketing and an active effort to understand how external factors impact the companies you work with. - There aren’t really “quiet times” which can be tiring - Outdated tools and resources, a lot of processes that should be automated are not

      - You get to work with some of the most intelligent people in the marketing insights space on some exciting projects - You are at the forefront of Market Effectiveness insights. WARC is known for this globally! - Great teammates and support from leaders - Great employee benefits

      Cons

      - Progression might not be the fastest however you do learn a lot on the job and there are many opportunities available to help prepare you for your progression in your company.

      Great Culutre and room to grow

      - Great work environment Remote and in Office - Strong support from Executives to Managers and colleagues to help you meet your quarterly goals - amazing work culture, you work with amazing people globally -work/life balance important and supported by managers. Overall an amazing experience, with plenty of room to grow within the company.
