      Pros

      You have a ton of opportunity to learn so many things. It is a challenge everyday because you never know what is going to come your way. There have been many positives like employee engagement and friendly environment. It is a fast paced environment and can be very busy which is not a bad thing. I have enjoyed my time so far and have learned a lot.

      Cons

      There are so many things to learn it can be overwhelming at times however it keeps me challenged.

      You will be busy and must take pride in your work... Our engineers are always working on multiple projects and helping our customers. Time management is essential.
