Pros

People are great - extra smart and fun to work with. Doing extremely well - amazing customer logos (best in industry), doubling subscription revenue y/y, very high renewal rates. Great product, best in the market for enterprise customers, easy to explain the differentiation from box & dropbox. Excellent management team, transparent and high integrity. Working as a team no politics.

Cons

Work life balance can be a challenge as at times working very long hours. R&D in Israel is extremely professional and supportive but time zone makes it a challenge.

Pros

The company has a very informal company culture. No politics whatsoever. Everyone works hard and plays hard. There is very little hierarchy and if you have initiative you can get a of stuff done.

Cons

It's a red hot start up in a very competitive space. Not something for those folks who want to work in a slow paced environment where today is like yesterday where your position is totally defined and where change rarely happens.
