      Supportive leadership team that genuinely cares about people, growth, and long-term success. Strong culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability. Clear strategy, good resources, and the opportunity to make real impact. Great balance of autonomy with support.

      Fast-paced environment with high expectations, which can be challenging at times. As the company continues to grow, priorities can shift quickly and require adaptability. These are generally signs of a business that is evolving and investing in the future.

      Pros

      WatchGuard offers all the tools and resources I need to enable me to do my job. They have a strong global support team which I can always rely on to support partners. There's good opportunity for personal growth within the business, allowing me to plan for the future. The product portfolio is constantly growing with new offering and is perfectly suited for their target market.

      Cons

      While the product offering is solid, WatchGuard lack in brand awareness in APAC. Been around for 20+ years and still hearing "What does WatchGuard do or Never heard of them"

      Great technology stack, very efficient global support team, super supportive global operations team, awesome local team in Australia and New Zealand with a great company culture where everyone is always willing to help their team members succeed and managed by a confident, appreciative and passionate leadership team.

      Cons

      Not very big on marketing as compared to some competitors, as majority of investment is made into developing strong and reliable products which is appreciated by customers and partners.
