My experience at Watchmaster has overcome my expectations. During my time at the company, I was given the opportunity to grow through the tasks that were assigned to me since day one. My manager has always been receptive and open to suggestions, while the team I evolved in was made up of young open-minded people resulting in a strong team spirit. The incentives that are set are by management are achievable, and maintain a healthy drive in the team. If I had to choose a moto for the company, it would be “hard work pays off”. Therefore, I can only recommend Watchmaster, especially for people who are looking for a first work experience, and you are eager to learn.
