      Pros

      Strongest team I've ever worked with. Clear line from mission to strategy to execution, and it's a privilege to do the work at the market leader.

      Cons

      The pace is real. Things move fast and priorities can shift, so you have to be comfortable navigating ambiguity and re-orienting quickly.

      + Best people you'll work with. Everyone is smart, motivated, and kind. + Leadership is really committed to upward and internal mobility for high performers + Lots of rigor going into financials to safeguard the business from any unexpected headwinds

      Cons

      - Sustainability is a hard space to be in right now. A lot is shifting and it's a little unpredictable - Work can be a bit intense (imo, does not manifest as long hours, but the hours spent working are arduous)
