Healthy work life balance, good culture

Peers: very friendly staff, family feel, full of hard workers, small company feel. Benefits: what is expected. Industry: being in fashion is very fast moving and fun, hard to find this in Dallas. Hours: Some parts of the year are busier than others but everyone is afforded plenty of paid time off and you are just expected to get your work done. Promotions: I am not sure why another reviewer states promotions don't happen, I have personally been promoted and given reasonable raises and seen those who excel in their positions be promoted. Management: my manager was lovely but it is their job to prioritize and not always be the good guy. Overall, working at this company was great and I miss it - I, unfortunately, had to move out of the state for my husband's job. It is easy to come here and write a bad review when something negative happens to you, but honestly, I only saw negative repercussions taken on those who were deserving of it. If you are a good worker and want to learn this is a great place to be. They also offer a very nice dress discount if you are getting married while working here, I wore a Watters gown.
