      Love the people and the culture we are building at Wave6.

      Can not wait to get together with team mates once the pandemic subsides.

      Pros

      The people and culture at Wave6 were some of the best things about the company. Team members and management were awesome to work with and open communication was always encouraged. Flexibility with remote work and hours was also a plus. Great, long-lasting clients were great to work with.

      Cons

      Parent company communication was not always the best.
