      - Comprehensive training programme - Clear career prospects which is important to me as a graduate - Excellent culture, very positive and forward thinking - Valued member of the company, if you have a good idea they will listen - Independence and trust from management to get on with your work - Positive encouragement, constructive criticism to help your learning and acknowledgement for a job well done - The consultative selling style suits my character, it's more about building relationships and establishing how we can help than forcing a sale on someone

      Cons

      - The office could be nicer, although WFH due to Covid - You'd need a car to commute from Manchester (only about 20minutes) - Salary slightly lower than some sales jobs, but when you balance with the career prospects the money will come later
