      Culture is great - you get to work with really smart people in a high growth environment! Everyone is so helpful and you are always learning Career opportunities are endless with the growth and paths are clearly set out Could not recommend working at Wayflyer enough!

      Pros

      Love the work. Everyone in the company has the same work-hard mentality. Everyone is striving towards the same goal. I have found out that everyone is looking to help you out. You also get to learn so much about start-ups and how businesses are run. It's exciting to see the work you do helps a lot of other companies achieve their goals!

      Cons

      There is a lot of information to learn at the beginning. As this is a start-up, the company is constantly updating, so this can make the first month or 2 quite strenuous.
