I love what I do, i also love the the fact that im given the green light to chime in when i know there's a better way to tackle situations. Its an environment where you see the founders working with you side by side treating you as if you were a fellow co-worker as opposed to an employee. I love the bonuses they offer and the fact that they offer free breakfast everyday! Pros: Fully built pc with 64 GB of ram and a graphics card that will blow yours at home out of the water and a macbook for use at home or during a conference call. I personaly think 64 GB of ram is overkill but WeConfig thinks better safe than sorry. Its your fault google chrome! Gaming station, nintendo switch, xbox, ps4. (theyre never used but i like the luxury of having it. Open workspace! cubicles trigger my anxiety. fully stocked fridges with every drink that exists. oh and hummus. Kinda tired of the hummus. unlimited pto as long as you dont abuse it 401k match
Cons
if you dont like working, this isnt the place for you. Theres a reason they offer so many amenities, its non stop work.
