Pros

I’ve worked for Wealthify for years, and whilst the company has changed as we’ve grown, seen different leadership and challenges, one thing has remained the same: a very dedicated team of passionate people working on a great product, delivering great tech, and taking customer feedback seriously. Pay is good, flexible working is great for those with families (and pets!)

There can be periods of pressure as we push hard to deliver new products

Quite a relaxed company when it comes to hours. You're judged off of your deliverables and not off how often you wiggle your mouse. The pay is high for Cardiff.

Cons

Office attendance is really low, so if you're looking to meet people and socialise you should probably look elsewhere.
